Refine Ammonia

  1. #1
Is it possible to refine household ammonia into anhydrous or at least purer ammonia?

Bonus Q: How do they make blue/pink meth?

Apparently it has to be a anhydrous ammonia, not garden variety household ammonia. It's sold as jedielry cleaner?

As for the colored meth I'd sure like to know, because blue/pink meth tends to be pretty flame despite obviously being cut.

Sure you can. But you'll die from inhaling the vapors if you don't have a properly equipped lab.

    A fume hood?

OP: Construct a fume hood. Basically a small space you do shit in with a fan that sucks air through the chamber and vents it outside.

https://www.homedepot.com/p/Ventamatic-14-in-Industrial-Exhaust-Fan-IF14UPS/202794270 moves 1,400 cubic feet of air per minute, so a 10x10x10 room could be cleared in under 1 minute. When constructing the fume hood, it will be more like 3x2x4, so a mere 24 cubic feet. It would take just over 1 second for the fan I linked to to clear the entire fume hood, so there's not even a little bit of a chance of you dying from fumes.

lol but if you are trying to make anhydrous ammonia which is just dry ammonia gas in liquid form and you evaporate all the water and blow the fumes out the window there will be nothing left

you have to condense the ammonia gas into liquid

Green NH3 is a patented fridge size machine that manufactures green sustainable ammonia (NH3) fuel from air and water at any location where fuel is needed in any quantity required, using clean renewable energy we have two proven green ways to make the fuel and three green ways to use it. For 10+ years we’ve had the answer to carbon pollution.
25 Cents per liter (estimated present price) of Ammonia (NH3) fuel
