   Just like any ethnicity there are bad and good people. the culture itself is 'watch over the children and make sure they're OK and fed". all children. not just their own ethnicity. I had neighbors who would watch me till my parents got home and my mom watch her kids as well.. but not all neighbors did this.. especially whites. usually the mexican people would tell you to go outside but stay close by. or tell you to go into the backyard. Fucking whiter people back then would be like "ehh.. walk to the park.. just watch crossing the street" you wonder why white kids got kidnapped the most.
   
   that's what I got by living in a mostly hispanic neighborhood as a kid.. to know about them. Why or how can you say this sounds like you're just razzing him. but yes, some Mexicans are total douchebag fuckholes with the Latin Temper that is so obligatory placed on them.. just like Irish.
