Healthcare should be completely and utterly paid for by the government

That said, I think the minimal drop in quality of healthcare/timeliness of treatment is more than made up for by the fact that it's available to everyone. It should be somewhat hybridized ideally, where you can pay for the best treatment/access to doctors if you have the money. Not that I'll ever be rich enough to avail myself of such services, but "equal quality of care for everyone" is pretty shit when you're actually well off. Canadians just go to America when they have the money. If American healthcare turns into Canadian healthcare, then shit.

How long did you wait to get your balls chopped? Not trying to be a dick just curious as that's pretty 'non essential' in terms of surgery. Like, you wouldn't have died from having your balls too long. Someone who needs heart surgery might.

What kind of surgeon did you see even?

They don't let you pay to get faster/better service, because that would be open discrimination on the poor. Everyone has to wait.

    Sounds good to me.

A single payer system is the only way to run a decent public healthcare system. Obongocare is exactly the same as the 'Heritage' healthcare plan the republicans tried to push a while back so it's odd they fought so hard against it.

When it comes down to it all it is is negotiating bulk discounts with insurance companies for bottom-rung plans and increasing taxes to pay for it. The least they could do is use the money to provide decent coverage, but that'd require cutting out the insurance companies so.,. not going to happen any time soon.

no aldra, the problem with healthcares began at the top, with the doctors and the specialists themselves.

these doctors are regular people but because they can help preserve lives they think they're gods and began to deityfy themselves and demand astronomical sallaries, sallaries that are unreallistically high compared to the masses.

essentially they are demanding to be paid with bentlies and ferraries for doing something what their counterparts in Cuba and India get paid for with loaves of breads and bags of rices.

while its true that medical schools are costly but this problem is again compounded by professors who deitified themselves and demand to be paid like gods and can be cured with a good dossage of nationalism for the greter good of the society.

the truth is getting quality healthcare doesnt have to cost more than getting a quality car wash, and it can if we start to change school syllabuses to include medical trainning and make graduating medical school mandatory for every child that were ever sent to school.

that way doktors and unterdoktors [ie-everyone who works below them] will be dirt cheap and healthcares will be almost free.

a nationalized healthcare begins with the nationalization of means of production of doctors. it should be up to state to produce doctors, and not private entities.

    healthcare uberall und sig hell.

No. If some people need it to survive, then it is essential to life. You wouldn't call food, water, or shelter a commodity.

Not saying this goes for all health care stuff. Like the world could probably go without paying for HTS to get a sex change. But insulin? That shit is a racket. 20 years ago it was fairly cheap here.

At the very least the government needs to control drug and Healthcare prices to make it affordable. Note that most Americans don't even want FREE (thnx taxes) Healthcare. We know its unlikely. We are fighting for AFFORDABLE Healthcare. Obamacare comes from the AFFORDABLE CARE ACT.

No medicine should cost hundreds a month. Like I said earlier, if it really is expensive to make (which insulin isnt) then it should be subsidized to make it more affordable.

It's says right in the bible that a person who is not willing to work should not get to eat anything either.

"If anyone is not willing to work, let him not eat." ~ 2 Thessalonians 3:10

"The sluggard will not plow by reason of the cold; therefore shall he beg in harvest, and have nothing." ~ Proverbs 20:4
