just beat the shit out of my body for like a week straight

    biking, planking, calisthenics around the clock in addition to running around all day at work 6 days a week. today i'm just going to take a relaxing bike ride to work and rest and eat all day and let my body absorb all the calories

    i'm so fucking bored, using the internet used to be so comfortable and my refuge from the world and now it feels uncomfortable after like 15 minutes
