   I'm about 90% sure that IMG BB isn't a searchable database like, say, Imgur. This means that it is, for all intents and purposes, "private" until you share the URL.
   
   However, regarding deletion/removal... I don't think I've ever even tried that before with IMG BB. I've never had a need to.
   
   I imagine that links eventually expire (but not for months or even years).
