Intermittent fasting

    Seeing as the body burns fat once there's no sugar I shouldn't have much of a problem. My sugar intake is low and being unemployed means I eat frugally as it is.

    Breakfast consisted of 2 eggs and a bowl of porridge.

    Lunch: tomato soup and 3 slices of wholemeal toast

    I'm going to skip a big dinner and just have 3 sausages.

    I'm still 225lbs. Maybe I need to masturbate more. 👍

    I don't understand how people can eat 3 meals a day. I ate a sausage roll yesterday that was it.

    Wonder how his physique is doing now.

    Fasting isnt really necessary, just dont eat junk or dont eat as much, especially on days where youre too sore/busy to workout.

    If you can control your eating habits, you only need to get intense cardio two or three times per week to get decent results. Aim for 25 to 60 minutes cardio, preferably whole body workouts like jump rope and kickboxing.. The 'abs are made in the kitchen' stuff is only partly true.

    Still requires hard work depending on genetics. It gets easy fast though!
