Russian army has "super soldiers"

It's all true. They can also burn up a vehicle's engine using these same abilities, simply by hearing it. But it takes practice and training. Nobody does it instantly.
EDIT: The part about dolphins sounds bogus. Maybe not though. If you want to delve into the paranormal, here’s a reason for you to enlist in the Russian Army – an MoD magazine says some troops are taught to crack safes, evade ambushes and burn computer chips using… telepathic powers.
What is the Russian Army’s best-nurtured superpower? Don’t even think of Spetsnaz or nuclear subs, or EMP weapons, because ‘Armeisky Sbornik’ (‘Army Digest’ in English) has got something bigger to tell. The magazine, run by the Defense Ministry, claims the military is very much into parapsychology, which studies strange things like telepathy, precognition, near-death experiences or reincarnation.
Back in the late 1980s, the Soviet military began developing what the offbeat piece – entitled‘A super-soldier for future wars’ – calls ‘metacontact,’ in other words, a kind of telepathic power that can make a foot soldier into a superhero.
Such a warrior, it insists, is able to use his brain power “to burn chips in generators, eavesdrop on conversations or disrupt telecommunications, including television and radio waves.” More than that, believe it or not, the military have been experimenting with miscellaneous linguistic skills. A telepath had reportedly managed to read a file locked in a safe that was “written in a language he didn’t speak.”
Other features of the superpower had apparent military applications, the magazine reveals. The telepathic contact may help troops to evade ambushes, detect hideouts and treat those wounded in action. It is also indispensable while carrying out “a non-verbal interrogation” of an enemy soldier.
The interrogator would know “what kind of person he is, what strengths or weaknesses he has, and whether he is good for recruiting.” Ripping an enemy’s mind wide open “is 100 percent credible, you can’t wriggle out of it,” the article claims.
What’s more, high-ranking Russian politicians, business captains and top managers in the banking sector were also taught some telepathic skills. (Warned is armed, so keep it in mind when making small talk with a Russian official or dealing with a Russian bank).
Joking aside, some top-tier militaries have been scrupulously studying ways of influencing human minds and manipulating human behavior. Many leading powers have used psychological warfare in recent conflicts, with Iraq and Afghanistan – known for the US campaign to win ‘hearts and minds’ there – being the most notable examples. However, such efforts never went beyond what was scientifically proven.
Russian scientists were quite skeptical about the publication. Yevgeny Aleksandrov, head of the pseudoscience commission at the Russian Academy of Sciences, told RBC daily that there was some classified research of “combat parapsychology.” But such studies “were deemed pseudoscientific, this is complete nonsense,” he said.
Adding insult to injury, he added that “all this talk about transmitting thoughts has no scientific grounds, there was no recorded instance [when it was proven].” -

It goes back a long time ago in Russia. In this article they mention "super spies" the Russians could create decades ago https://www.cia.gov/library/readingroom/docs/CIA-RDP96-00788R001300010001-7.pdf
Of course, the MK ULTRA stuff the US and British were working on, probably with the French and a few other countries as allies, was also pretty advanced, and never actually ended. As a result of the trauma based mind control, certain psi abilities are activated. They've known this for thousands of years, that extreme stress, exposure to the elements, plus sleep deprivation or trauma of various sorts, can activate these abilities. I don't know which country is more advanced in this area but I would suspect because parapsychology doesn't necessarily cost much at all, that Russians are not far behind anyone else. We've all been doing this stuff a long time. Russia has always been more open about this sort of stuff while the US has always wanted to keep everything they've discovered a secret. But it goes back to animal magnetism and the British paranoia that the French were going to use it to infiltrate them with psychic spies.
The astonishing thing isn't really that people can do this stuff, it's the technology that enhances these abilities. Implants and wearable devices that enhance them. The Russians may be either behind or ahead in that regard. -

Pretty cool followup from zerohedge. It mentions things I've mentioned on this site before, like the Gateway Process
This shit isn't a joke. I am one of these people, one of the people that can do some of this stuff. Everything I've said is the truth. I've actually been schooling Army Intel on some of this stuff. The problem is that foreign intelligence agencies are also learning from my stuff. The way corporations are allowed to collect info on everyone everywhere at all times means foreign intel can simply hijack those routes of obtaining information. So the cat is somewhat out of the bag, at least as far as governments are concerned. China actually developed a weapon based on my stare. Nowhere near as powerful though. Hilarious. -

But if they wanted me to, I would probably refuse. It's a nasty way to kill someone. Less humane than a bullet. The stare, like China's weapon, is great for defense technology. Defensive, rather than offensive. It can yank a plane out of the sky, or slow everything down enough to where it's easy to shoot it down. Slow down missiles, or drop them/disable them. That's what Puharich was aiming for originally.
I was reading what George Lucas, creator of Star Wars, said about The Force, and it's pretty damn accurate. The way it works, is very close to what he described. Maybe he knows something we know, or his imagination simply borrowed information from the true nature of the universe, and he thought he had simply made it up.
These magnetic bacteria I've posted about in another thread, are similar also, to what they say makes a good jedi. Microscopic creatures that live in people's cells, according to Lucas. Just like the magnetic bacteria. But who knows if that has anything to do with it. Maybe. -

Well his mind certainly killed the Star Wars Franchise with episodes 1-3 -
2019-04-23 at 5:59 PM UTCYeah they have super soldiers that take steroids and have body augmentation. One soldier can take out a tank by running up to it full speed and hitting it on the engine with a gravity hammer that shatters the pistons and gives everyone inside a concussion.

All governments have a vested interest in lying about all sorts of things. That's why they put "telepathic dolphins" in it and on the american side, they had to make part of it goofy (men who stare at goats) so you couldn't prove the shit is real. They have to keep everyone guessing.
But it is real. I can confirm that. -

Confirm it by making my face explode with mind bullets. Only then i'll believe it. Didn't you post about "psi-ball" crap in the other thread? That's a can a premium pre-fab psychosis if i ever saw one. -

Now you're just being a twit. Psi abilities are not the same as "psi balls". It isn't dragon ball z.
