Until you're in jail which comes with the territory when dealing.

Not if you're good at it. Most people aren't good at drug dealing and therefore shouldn't be in the business. Just like a lot of doctors don't give a rats ass about the patients and are only in it for the money.

Z brackets on a reinforced door with sensors and cameras + incinerator to put drugs in. They had an illegal marijuana smoke lounge in England somewhere, and any time the pigs would raid it, they'd throw all the weed into the incinerator, and then unlock the door.

Cops got owned every time. Until they decided to use a tractor or something to smash through the wall. They still couldn't get any drugs and it resulted in at least one person inside getting injured, so the owner handed them a joint or something so they'd lay off, and then changed locations.

no pal, i promise you if you're a drug dealer for any significant amount of time then you will spend time in jail. i dealt drugs most of my adult life, never even had a drug conviction until i was 41. i had london metropolitan drug squad after me so bad in the 90s, they never got me back then and i stopped for a couple of years. eventually the cops just blatantly fitted me up to get me and that was that, off to jail for 2 years. i genuinely thought i was that good i could keep ahead, but it don't work that way. but to be totally honest, the money i was earning in my 20s and the life i was living, i would have been more than prepared to do a couple of years here and there anyway, it was that good.

I've known people that did it for years. Most had been to jail or prison, but some never went. The good ones don't end up in jail. It is a low IQ occupation for the most part, that's why most end up in jail/prison. I don't expect you to get this, you're from a different country with a very different culture... If you start at a young age and can't save money and stop before you're in your 40s, you lack impulse control, as do most people that end up in jail or prison. This would make you somewhat better than mediocre, but not very good. The best ones never get caught.

You and I see this differently, you view it as an occupation rather than a lifestyle, which is smart, because it shouldn't be glorified, but the smarter way to look at it is supplemental income. Most drug dealers never save money or retire, because most have a gangster mentality. But I guarantee you the people I've known and the cartels/gangs in my city have moved a shit-ton more drugs than whatever gangs in whatever part of England you're from. Statistics and numbers do not lie. There's also the problem with people having no way to explain their income. Nearly everyone I've met that did any time, even if it's just a year or two, came out thinking they were the shit, eager to give their advice to people. Proud of it. Really you shouldn't be. The kind of drug dealer a person should take advice from is not the kind that's ever been caught.

I use to grow and sell shrooms. I've been to jail but beat the charges. The charges weren't drug related though.

doesn't matter how smart or careful you are. there is a huge flaw in the drug dealer business plan. in order to be successful you have to sell a lot of drugs, you can't sell a lot of drugs to just 1 or 2 people, you have to associate with a lot of people. and especially these days where prolly around 80 or 90% of people will rat others out when they get caught, being ratted out is an inevitability. in fact the more successful you are the more likely you are to get ratted out by some lowlife asshole who figures if he gets you out the way he can then take your place and be as successful as you. there really is only one way to deal drugs regularly for anymore than a few years or so and thats to be a total fucking narc and regularly give others up to the pigs in a deal where they leave you alone in exchange. but even then the pigs will only give you so much time with that and they'll replace you themselves with a new narc. because even though they might deal with you like that, they'll still fucking hate you, in fact most of them hate the narcs even more, they see them as the lowlifes of the lowlifes. they'll use them and dump them hard when it suits them.

whoever it is you know that's a successful drug dealer, they're a fucking narc, no mistake.

That's not how it works here. I realize now where your screen name comes from, and there are plenty of narcs here, but that just isn't how it works in my part of the world.

I'd guess your IQ is 100 to 110, not terribly low, but not high enough to understand what I'm talking about.

You have to be on point EVERYTIME, the cops only need to be right and on point once. It could be something stupid like a tailight out or fuck, one tag light (I've been pulled over for that and got a warning).

Always check your lights and makes sure EVERYTHING works and is legal as can be. Always drive perfect and don't give them a reason to pull you over if you're doing or move illegal shit.

They just have to have a chance encounter, but you... You gotta avoid and do it right and perfect every single time. Odds are, you'll slip up one time, it'll be something stupid and that's it. Jail time.

Ive gone by drug "holes" before, and spotted cops, or undercovers the lookouts missed. I won't go in the hole and just holler "hey guys, be safe". I am pretty sure it saved one dude's ass.

I know they were hot and heavy on him and he got the fuck out. The next day he hooked me up. Apparently after he left, a bunch of pigs were hot and heavy around those holes. Basically, it was a "take the day off" kinda thing. I had to go else where but it was better than me or him getting locked up. That was definitely time to move holes lol.

Another incident happened to abother dealer I know. The day before I told them that I wouldnt be surprised if another dealer wasn't getting pissed losing business with where dude was. Next day they came down broad daylight with guns and robbed them.

Im glad dude didnt get hurt. Glad I wasn't there too, but I was right. He definitely was stepping on toes. I boycotted the fuckers who robbed him though. Some others did too. Shit was fucked up. Hell, they could rob me for all I know.

the smart ones use drug dealling as a stepping stones to raise funds quickly so that they can start a legit business.

Pablo Emilio Escobar Gaviria (/ˈɛskəbɑːr/, Spanish: [ˈpaβlo eˈmiljo eskoˈβaɾ ɣaˈβiɾja]; 1 December 1949 – 2 December 1993), better known as Pablo Escobar, was a Colombian drug lord and narcoterrorist. His cartel supplied an estimated 80% of the cocaine smuggled into the United States at the height of his career, turning over US$21.9 billion a year in personal income.[2][3] He was often called "The King of Cocaine" and was the wealthiest criminal in history, with an estimated known net worth of between US$25 and US$30 billion by the early 1990s (equivalent to between about $48.5 and $58 billion as of 2018),[4][5] making him one of the richest men in the world in his prime.[6][7]

estimated known net worth of between US$25 and US$30 billion by the early 1990s (equivalent to between about $48.5 and $58 billion as of 2018)

Apparently it can be quite lucrative in some cases.

what's going on with you today banny? you don't normally say really smart and intelligent stuff like this. you normally post weird and stupid smartass type shit.

can we expect more really good answers like this in future or is this just a temporary measure?

    anyway good answer.

i mean its very rare that anyone does a few deals then just goes on and starts a legit business with the proceeds. the vast majority get a taste for the easy money and continue along side the legit business and use the business to launder the profits. which is what the smarter and more successful drug dealers do.

i was told this when i was still very early in my career that if you're going to deal for any period of time then you have to start a legit business also. was very good advice by a very smart and successful man. in the dealing world the best indication as to whether you're working with a smart guy or a fucking liability is if they have a business or not. like all those that hang around acting all 'gangsta' all day, total fucking liabilities that will draw heat on you as well when doing business with them. its very hard to avoid them unfortunately as these days they're fucking everywhere.

i think you'll find his net worth was a lot closer to the 30 billion mark than to just 25 dollars. the guy built his own prison for fuck sake, you ain't doing that with just 25 dollars, not even 25 hundred will get you that.
