I'm a cuisinary courier through a MOON PERSON startup company, so it's all app and text based, so my employer/dispatch team is extemely distant. I don't even a number to call when things get screwed up, I have to text them.
If a delivery once I reach the destination takes over 10 minutes, I get an automated phone call. I always decline it. Basically, I usually wait until I get the call to mark the delivery as delivered so I can get another order. I just look on here for 10 minutes basically, just slow balling things, saving gas, etc.
