Maybe so but when I drink it's not moderately, whether it's the taste or w.e I drink fast. Definitely not an alcoholic, I neither crave nor shake. I just over do things like all drugs.

Get yourself together, man. Alcohol is dumb, chances are you're not going to meet any quality women on drugs or booze. Shrooms and weed should be fine, but you're in the UK I'm assuming, which would mean you don't have much choice as far as weed goes, so maybe just take a light dose of shrooms and go meet some girls at a museum or something?
