   C# is just more sugary Java. It's not physically revolting to write like PHP or as demeaning as Java but it's really nothing to write home about.

   Yeah, I've definitely noticed major similarities between C# and Java.
   
   I have very little experience with C#, though.
   
   A bit more with Java (for some small Android projects).

   There isn't any way to write java correctly, it's a fundamental philosophical misunderstanding of smalltalk. You can make the java bastard paradigm of programming less painful to work with, which is what C# is, but it will never be correct.

   C, Java, and C# are all similar in syntax. Very different languages though.

   Everything anybody uses these days has inherited C's syntax conventions to greater or lesser degrees. The exceptions like APL, Lisp, and ML lineages are apparently beyond weak normie programmers.
