Practically self-explanatory. Users are basically the source of all of any forum's ills. Posting, deletions, editings, and reportings are the defining characteristics of forum users throughout history. Forum user's capriciousness is appalling beyond measure. Not only should they feel ashamed, but they should seek to remedy the fact that they even exist.
