   How do like your meat done?
   
   I cooked burgers from one of my dad's butchered cows yesterday and today and cooked them medium rare because they are so much tastier that way and idgaf if I get sick from it. I guess hamburger is more prone to getting bacteria than steak, and you really aren't supposed to cook them less than medium-wellish. Fuck that, hamburger loses it's flavor too quickly the more it is cooked.
   
   Steak medium rare as well.

   Some restaurants wont cook hamburger less than medium well I think. Or at least medium (I'm looking at you, Bdubs).
