   Is there a difference between smoking or eating hash versus eating some kind of cannabis oil?

   Depends on the quality and quantity of the hash/oil. But there is a difference between smokables and edibles. Main difference is duration of the high.

   Yeah, I have made an oil with it that I would eat. I've never smoked hash though, or done anything else with it. But it seems like it would be similar to the oil that I used to eat. So I had some shake that I wanted to either make hash with or more of the oil with that I could eat. If I did the hash it would be with a solvent, and it wouldn't be good for anything afterwards.
