   Yep, I'm sure you would be. Eventually though, your liver probably will go on strike... and maybe your pancreas (if it already hasn't- you're not diabetic, are you?). Hell, your kidneys might just say fuck it too one day. SO take better care of them so they keep doing their job. Do drugs that don't make them work so hard, that aren't toxic to every cell in your body... like say... opioids.
