   It is supposed to offer 5 year support on all products, I believe this is a law. Did you contact MS or do they still make you pay for basic-bitch tech questions?

    It came out in 2013 or so, they offered owners a refund which expired in 2019. 80% of it's functionality was directly tied to the servers. They discontinued it in 2017 the servers went offline in 2019 rendering them useless.
