Haven't done it in this country as for most of that time I was with someone anyway...still I probably wouldn't have anyway as I've generally only worked with munters here in the US.
Back in England it wasn't a big deal and banging the bosses daughter, work colleagues and customers was quite acceptable (22yrs ago).
