Anyway, yeah, basically Lanny is allowing himself to be a lil' bitch boi becuase he's "banning" infinityshock, yet closing down the function that allows his website to have any users at all, as a precaution against the abuse that would ensue by the guy he banned (before he inevitably gets unbanned).

To be fair, infinityshock does have a stranglehold on lannys peas becaus he can flood the system with alts. But so can everybody (sc), and it's completely lanny's fault for not implementing measures to circumvent that.
Lanny understands that infinityshock may legitimately snap if he can't go on his favorite website each day and say nigger and kike on pretty much the only website where doing so is still tolerable. He won't admit it, but L& has some teeny-tiny feelers for Ityshock!
Those feelers seize his ability to administrate fairly.
