When you approach the khajiit gypsies outside of whiterun the description they give if their homeland perfectly describes the image in the ESVI teaser trailer
"A land bordering south of Cyrodiil and just north of the ocean to the south. A land of mountains and Sandy lands you would lose yourself in etc"
Well in the trailer bthere is clearly a huge ocean, huge mountain and so I have come to the conclusion that ESVI will take place in the khajiit homeland of Elsweyr.
