You're wrong, you've been falling ever since that fictional moment.

Actually, I was just thinking about what I said. I need to rephrase that. I do care about your knowledge about America, I could always learn from others, like I’ve learned from Aldra. But, I don’t care what you think about our politics!👅

    Spectral SHUT IT!
    I’m not a liberal, I don’t follow a party because I’m a member, I have a brain, and I look for integrity!

Trump doesn't have me. I don't follow anyone, blindly or with both eyes open. I don't vote for leaders. I don't vote for party. I don't vote for personalities. I don't vote for leaders. I vote on the issued and for people who represent my agenda. I've been looking for presidential candidates with my agenda since the late 80s. If I could have written Trumps agenda I can't really say I would change much. Those issues were important to me when Trump was still on TV.

“When trump was still on TV”

That brings up a thought I’ve wondered about for some time.

From my perspective, before trump was ever thought of as a politician, most thought he was a dirty businessman that only cares about himself, ya know, a narcissist.

Now he’s a politician and people love him????? He’s still the same disgusting person he used to be, but he has way too much power for his ego.

I think your reasoning about the issues is valid, can’t say I agree with them all; but I’d rather have a person with dignity running this country, not some jerk who praises violence from a congressman. Shame.

Most thought, you thought, or the mainstream media said most thought? The truth is I never gave him much thought one way or the other. But decades ago I tuned out mainstream propoganda and learned to fact check what they said.

The truth is Trump has been very generous with unfortunate people, has stood up for minorities in his private and busim life, and has been an amazing administrator of a vast real estate empire of his own making. His money came from doing business as the laws permit and to his advantage. That is capitalism.

Would you rather have an effective loyal "jerk" in charge or an incompetent treasonous statesman at the helm?

Praises violence. Look at Waters, look at Pelosi, look at Clinton, look at Holder everyone of them has called for or justified violence against their opponents. Obama had an organization that called for killing cops to the White House on numerous occasions.

Neither. He’s not loyal to anyone but himself. Don’t drink the koolaid silly

No, he's always been pretty popular with normal people.

He always liked attention and having fun - for instance doing different comedy bits, like that whole WWE thing.

And he was also a best selling author of business and self help books. The books are legit good, I have read a few.

My conception of Trump while in America was not a negative one, although I always found his taste garish in the extreme - Trump tower is plain tacky.

But if you live in New York you know who the real slime are - the bullshitters on Wall Street and the Orthodox jedi landlords in Brooklyn.

Sure. Obviously. But then it’s not stupid that people take feelings into consideration when deciding how to run the country, as you previously stated. Those that look for desired results know that those outcomes are usually based upon someone having good judgment and emotional intelligence.

Of course you can arrive at results without any sort of emotional input, however those typically aren’t what’s best for the greater good.

Normal is relative, as you know. God I hope I’m not normal, anywhoooo.

Not to pull the American card, but aren’t you in Ireland? I believe most Americans found him to be a slime, a rich slime, but a slime nonetheless.

Edit: he didn’t write those books, the man doesn’t even read. Those books are based on his delusions of grandeur.

I lived in New York for a while.

Trump did mostly big projects, like whole buildings in Manhattan. Glamorous stuff, and Trump was a builder and developer. Is there any reason people should have perceived him as slimy at all, much less any slimier than the average billionaire?

Is this some sort of Californians hating New York thing or some such?

No, I’m in Ohio, a swing state.

I’ve always gotten the impression most thought he was a slimebucket. He was a New York slum lord right along with those jedis. And he’s far from a self made man. Daddy’s little rich spoiled brat kid, yanno, like the spoiled brat he acts like in office.

No one writes their own books.

Think Nelson Mandela or Barack Obama or Chelsea Clinton wasted time writing?

You just give some jedi the details, he writes it for you, and you put your own name on it.

When I realised all these autobiographies I had read were done by "New York based ghostwriters" I was genuinely upset.

But it makes sense, since those books all have a very similar style.

No one said he was self made (reality: no one is self made), and if you will join me in a jihad against the landlords I'll sharpen a machete for you.

Just saw your other response Soy. I know very few write their own books. Therefore, that does not make him the author of those books you read. It makes him the storyteller.
