    That's not how a global government is going to work. There will be no states if the bankers have their way. No representation. No due process. No freedom of speech. No freedom of the press. No freedom of religion. No right to be judged by a jury of your peers, to know the charges against you, to face your accusers, or even have a trial. Is that the world you want? Because I promise that fringe elements like you and scron will be summarily terminated in that world.

    idealistically I'd say regional, but unless scarcity of fuel and materials was somehow overcome we can expect regular warfare and shifting borders, more or less like the last millennium
