CloudFlare launch IPFS service

   Soyboy 2.0 - The GMO Reckoning African Astronaut
   IPFS = Interplanetary File System, it's a way of serving up files based on unique hashes as opposed to URLs.
   
   Cloudflare's service allows you to serve up IPFS files/sites using a normal top level domain and http.
   
   It seems to work, but I haven't deployed anything myself.
