Yes, but I can count to potato.

Are you a pedophile who used to be a hateful bitch moderator on some &TOTSE and/or spinoff sites? Who is WarMonger? Is he related to WarWeed? Why did WarWeed call that Keller man and apologize? Why didn't "Jeff Hunter" let his members know he was pulling the plug on &TOTSE? How much time did "Jeff" have to spend in prison, or did he run like a coward to Canada, where he wouldn't be extradited back to the US for prosecution?

    Shall I continue?

It's nice to actually have something other than herpes to talk about, isn't it?

The United States is, actually, a democratic republic based on the ideals of both principles.

No, if it were truly a democracy, the will of the majority of the people would dictate its leaders and their positions, but they don't. When you vote, you are not voting for a President, you are voting for delegates. The delegates vote for the President, not the people.

Well, in a true democracy, the people's will would be authoritative, but that's not the way it is, is it? That's because it's a constitutional republic. It is the constitution which drives the country, not the will of the people. Big difference.

It's also the Judges. For instance Judges made recognition of gay marriage mandatory across the country, and keep overturning attempts to prevent dangerous immigration, both actions of which are contrary to the will of the people AND the constitution.

Lol, you're a national socialist motherfucker, you should 100% support the "inherent in sovereignty" position. The judicial system has never been about the will of the people, it was literally conceived of as a check on the "will of the people" and it's the closest thing to a non-political legal authority in the US, which consequently makes it the most reasonable and highest functioning.

The problem is - and I hate going back to this - the jedis.

Just the same way that ancient Israel was critocracy - it was ruled by Judges. You can literally read about it in the bible.

Judges in theory should be impartial, and just implement rule by law, meaning they implement the laws passed by the Parliament in a just and unbiased way, but jedis hate rule of law, and just want to do whatever they want. If that means twisting the words of the law, reading into the law things that just aren't there, using pilpul and talmudism to argue for what they want, etc, that's what they do.

These people have literally invented ways to jedi god by using various tricks, like putting up Eruv wires all around Manhattan so they can go around on the Sabbath:

"Inherent in sovereignty" is a position you're obligated to endorse even if you don't like the implications of that in the US. I wish people weren't so daft about the distinction between ideological support of a legal principle and support of the practical ramifications. FOR EXAMPLE we both support undemocratic empowerment of the state towards some set of ends. Ideologically we both hold undemocratic views. However we support very different ends towards which we think an empowered state should work. That's exactly what this case is: empowerment of the federal government to set immigration law which we both ideologically support, but where only I support the practical ramifications. jedis or not jedis have nothing to do with the ideological issue, your only problem with inherent in sovereignty is that it happened in a time where the executive branch was supportive of lax immigration policy. You should be attacking the executive rather than judicial branch, the "muh jedi lawyers" argument is vacuous

Judges may only apply the law, not create new laws.

Not quite. The US is a constitutional republic with democratic representation.
