   Star Rover is a term used I believe for "The Jacket" a Jack London novel of a man who falsely goes to San Quintin or some shit. it is a way of saying "you speak about us and will nail you for some shit"
   
   Bush is more or less Untouchable it seems as is any president. all of this madness on the TV is a sideshow. President walks.
   
   
   Also Star could be referenced to Dog Star of 3 stars. I think it's old English because in the old days in England you had 3 Judge panel to prosecute you. I read this somewhere.
   
   And.. finally it could mean Jupiter because Bush is in the Occult of the MorningStar or Eastern Star cult. Lucifarian. it's all somehow related going back to Old England rule.
