I can never get past much more than $100 before I think 'i bet there's like $300 in here!' then go cash it in and be so disappointed.

like $50 in quarters I think, need them to do laundry. All other change is useless and I usually throw it on the ground when I get it

I rarely use cash/change. When I did use cash/change, I would incorporate the change into my regular exchanges, so I would never have than 99 cents at a given time. Now I save real money, not pocket change.

Over €700, I used to pay for everything in cash and when I got home I'd put all the coins I got as change into a kitty. After a couple of years, over €700 in non-copper (10 cent and up) coins alone.

I forget how much I had in coppers - not much - but I remember that they weighed a lot.
