Help a nigga make a life or death decision

   Should I buy physical games for consoles, or go the poorfag route and buy stuff on sale on steam from now on?
   
   Now that I have a job I was really excited about the idea of building up a physical library, but at the same time that will consume soooo many shekels and take a few years to build up, whereas if I went the poorfag route I could spend so much less settling for steam, even less if I wait for the summer and winter sales.
   I have a gtx 780 and 8gb of ram, all I need now is to replace the cpu because it fried (the thermal paste faded off) so I would only need to invest another couple hundred in that then I would be set for the next decade or forever.
