    Di-Nitro-Phenol. It's something they discovered when making dynamite, the workers all started losing weight, but no other problems.

    I never used it, but it's used a little by bodybuilders to get ready for shows. It can cause thermogenesis - meaning you feel hot, which is what causes the deaths and other ill effects. So long as you use low doses it's perfectly safe.

    Clenbuterol is something else they use, as well as an ECA stack.

    Exercise will boost your metabolism for many hours, so you can easily burn as many calories after a brief burst of exercise as during it. Sex is as good as anything to do this.
