Notifications Still Coming After Message Center Notifications Turned Off

   At the bottom of this page (beside "Discussions"), there is two boxes to check or uncheck about message/thread notifications, but whether they're checked or unchecked, the notifications keep on coming through the Message Center. Can we get this fixed?
