   I know you didn't ask me but I have, 1 time. It's basically just like being in a dark sauna, with rattles. If you can imagine this then you've done it. I haven't particularly embraced cultural practices though so maybe I'm not the best to chime in. I should have embraced the ritual of it a bit more, rituals are nice. Like round dances are weird when I think about it, it's not often I can go grab a strangers hand and dance in a circle ya know?

   I've done one once as well. The nearby natives came to the youth correctional center I was at and we were allowed to sign up for the sweat. They even let us partake in the smoking of the peace pipe.
