-How to smoke the stem clean from a tech pipe -
use your thumb and forefinger to hold the pipe by the stem right below the bubble, stick the stem out.
tilt the pipe upwards so the stem is facing up at an angle and the bubble facing down, make sure the carb isn't gonna spill hot liquid meth on your feet.
Put a straw in your mouth and light the stem from the bubble and slowly twirl the pipe around applying heat evenly around the glass tube, liquid meth should trickle down into the bubble while the rest goes up in smoke and quickly fills the stem, it will shoot out if you arent careful, i keep a light suction going before it even smokes so I don't miss anything. Don't touch the plastic straw to the hot glass you have about a half inch gap you can work with for the straw/glass. I have done some incredible hits with a butane torch and heavy suction pulling the meth smoke several inches from the stem, it looked fucking MAD SIK, the shadow people were cheering me on for that hit.
You can light the glass right up to the tip of the stem where you normally inhale from, you can either suck the smoke from the carb or use a straw, sometimes one is easier than the other. Its very difficult to light a meth pipe holding it backwards with the bubble in your face, do not even try it.
