^he's to pussy to be a cop, he'd be to nervous to tell the girl to not resist. yeah that does look like a fucked up scene, and who knows if she is actually a stripper, but they must of really of done some shit to ask for that kind of treatment. They probably had it coming. and were known gangsters. ​I've been arrested plenty of times and I never got beaten (knock on wood) because I didn't act threatening, that or I just ent up running to avoid the situation all together.
