   This morning I sat in the park and decided not to leave until I feel okay, tried hypnotising myself for energy, focus and to feel okay. Probably not effective as I was only there a minute. Now I’m back in bed and going to watch a show. I think it’s the noise, it’s not noisy but I haven’t had a moment of silence in a week. Mik says he’s there but I don’t want to tell him anything. Sometimes telling people stuff make you feel better and other times it just makes you feel gross. The plan today is to stay in bed on my laptop and nap.

    It's weird suddenly having the most simple routine yet full of stuff I'd normally hate doing so idk why I am, I don't have to get up at 6am. I'm not sure if it's good for me or not, I mean I'm not smoking 20 cigs a day anymore since I have to go outside to do it. You couldn't drag me to church back home but here we are.
