11mph I can get up to 13 but I feel like the treadmill does most of the work and I'm more or less hop jogging.
I can sprint a quarter mile in 1:30 to 1:50.
Because of my aversion to being shot in the back or arrested I train about twice a week to run a quarter mile then I sit and breathe and try to bring my heart rate as low as resting rate.
Planning to run a small distance and hide, if found immediately fire/fight back (men) or do the running again (police).
Was taught by an OG. -
