They closed a Military base years ago and are just now staring to build. this after removing contaminated naval yard toxins.
the old Alameda Naval Air new street going in. with the SF Bay and San Francisco beyond that. (No doubt, multimillion dollar views for the homeowners who can afford to buy here)

2021-01-31 at 10:42 PM UTCSome old delapitated military building. most likely an office. the broken windows reminds me of when I was a teenager and they had this boat manufacture not far from this area that they boarded up before tearing it down and kids would break the windows out.
this will be torn down and then probably 2 years to remove the shit soil under it and then fresh soil will go on top and this will probably end up apart from the Business Park but could also end up an expensive Condo.
all of this base will probably be completed in 20 years or so. the future rich will live here or the world be come to an end.
