Phones are the worst conversation method. It's like how pugs feel when they meet other dogs. Retarded and socially stunted because they can't read physical signals.
At least with text you can think about what to say, and in person you can get a feel for them with facial cues and gestures and shit. God even with a mask you can still usually tell when people are smiling. On the phone you can't tell shit. Fuck phones. I keep mine on silent at all times. -

Same. I think we’re all socially stunted as fuck. In conversations in person i usually feel comfortable staying quit long enough to consider what im gonna say. Not on the phone for some reason though. Idk im weird. -

Silence is comfortable and natural in conversation I think. In doses, anyway. Kinda like eye contact where you gotta do it a lot to get creepy.
