2019-12-13 at 11:37 AM UTCPassed out a middle before midnight. Woke up an hour ago. So two and a half hours. It’s not particularly cold, but when you wake up with your sheets soaked in sweat, it feels freezing. I’m just sleeping on a towel now bc I’m tired of washing the fitted sheet comforter.

I have a couple ounces in my drawer. It just makes me feel weird now. If I don’t smoke enough I just get on weird head trips and spend hours reading Wikipedia articles and eating bbq chips instead of sleeping. If I do smoke enough, I get anxiety like crazy before I pass out.
Plus I sorta agreed to not get high for the time being. Meh. -

Maybe. I haven’t been to the gym in like a month. I’m just drained lately. Doc said he’ll put me on testosterone after I get off the methadone. I was hoping that’d even out my energy levels.
But it’s not that I can’t sleep. I pass out almost the minute I get home now. It’s that my body wakes up right after. From what I’ve read, it’s really common on SSRIs.
Idk. Shits lame. Could be worse though I guess. Small favors n all that. -

I slept on towels when I was sick from my galbladder being fucked because of the same reason, I would have to change my sheets during the night because it looked like someone pissed in them. And I didn't even feel hot when it was happening so yeah, I'd wake up freezing. -

Like a year ago I was shaving and I thought I had a splinter in my finger or something. Set down the razor and see that a piece of my stubble somehow poked down into my skin, and I had to get it out with a needle and tweezers.
