   Hope it wouldn't float if you place it in cold water. because that means it started to go rotten. next time you do that. see if it lays flat at the bottom of the pan of water.
   
   As a matter of fact you're far less likely to get salmonella poisoning in the UK because you don't wash the membrane off the eggs that the USA does. you can leave eggs in a cupboard, we cant

   It went down easier than an oyster. I was scared my teeth would puncture the yolk. I want to try it with a shot of vodka next time. It was just like jelly and went down fast.
