cut 16 ribeyes out of the slab I got yesterday,, prolly cut 3.5 lbs of fat off it before slicing it up,, cooked a couple in the new fry pan and they came out medium well done instead of med rare,, anyways it came out to 15 bucks each.. et half mine and saved the rest for tomorrow night as did rick.
