    Hell no lol. I would kill everybody without carbs every once in a while. I still make mashed potatoes but I wanted to try something different and I was honestly surprised how good the mash was.

    I am trying to lose twenty more lbs though.

    Yeah imtrying to substitute greens n proteins n legumes for a lot of the wheat n rice and starches i was eating. Looked tasty. Yeah i gained back 20 lb of the 90 i lost. Im pretty pissed.

    Chickpeas nigger. We have a couple of chickpea bowl recipes and I love them. I use fat free greek yogurt to do the tzatziki sauce.

    Thats my go-to snack lately. Goya chickpeas, diced red onion, cucumber, cilantro, chopped cherry tomatoes, tossed in balsamic and olive oil. Lil quicky salad thing. n the balsamic tastes sweet so it squashes sugar cravings when i feel like eating some absolute garbage.

    That’s almost exactly what we do. It’s so good. We cut the red onion into wedges and roast them with the chickpeas and tomatoes and a spice blend. Then put it on top of a pistachio rice with the cilantro and tzatziki sauce.
