   after making a film about the illuminati "eyes wide shut" basically a film about the skull and bones brotherhood that george w bush and john kerry were both members of.
   
   I've seen 2001 space oddessy recently for the 4th or so time , and now that I know about the illuminati
   certain things stood out to me that I never noticed before.
   
   such as the scene where the astronaut is floating thru space and his head put down, his helmet looks like a liserd.
   
   If you watch closely, full metal jacket was basically about how vietnamn was an experiment in population control, with drugs like agent orange many others, my uncle , who is a sane man who has a daughter and works for a computer company, will tell you that when was in vietnamn he was attacked with weapons that made him have wild hallucinations of being abducted by aliens.

    --- If you're inclined to give Kubrick the benefit of the doubt, take another, skeptical look at his films. Full Metal Jacket, for instance, is a masterpiece of leftist resignation and dishonesty about war. It does manage to divulge a little about boot camp and dehumanization (gee, really?) but somehow fails to inform the audience about some crucial stuff about the Vietnam War viz. it started in earnest with a fucking hoax and yes, just as veterans claimed, the rules of engagement were designed to maximize casualties for both sides without seeking victory. Pilots for instance could not bomb or fire upon enemy aircraft until after they had taken off and when in flight, they had to be physically sighted before targeting.*
    
    Kubrick would have known this as the RoE were declassified in 1985. But in making FMJ, his goal was not to inform or persuade, but rather to degrade and destroy hopes of peace by making the decision to kill seemingly a humanitarian one, the fundamental lie of the modern left's notion of a just cause for war.
    
    * I am not pointing out the self-defeating RoE out of some misguided patriotic nonsense or some foul counterfactual desire for the USians to have won.
