   To me it's a more of motivational/get shit done drug. Though I definitely had more fun doing mundane things that normally would've been a bitch/I flat out wouldn't have done otherwise. I could see it being used both ways.

   Caffeine makes some people anxious as well. Don't think it has to relate to recreational.

   I only ever get anxious on meth and I've finally figured out it's only when I'm pretty dehydrated for some reason or I'm in the presence of other people and know they're going to be taking forever doing something. Easy solution though stay drinking Gatorade and tell people to fuck off.

    Ive only tried adrafinil which is a prodrug of moda, but take it how you will. It wasnt recreational at all.
    I took too much I think because I couldnt sleep 18 hours later, 12 of which were spent doing manual labor.

    Yeah, it's schedule IV, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it when adrafinil is readily available. Some people swear by modafinil over adrafinil, but others say there's no difference. It can't possibly be worth a darknet venture though.

    Iirc adrafinil took several hours for effects to occur. Inconvienet cos Id like to take it before work.

    Modafinil is too expensive to use for anything but its intended purpose unless you have a prescription. If you want to take it and have a good time, get some other, cheaper, dirtier chemicals like one of the designer amphetamines that people seem to enjoy lately. It's pretty good for studying and getting shit done, in my experience, only as long as you don't develop a tolerance. But my opinion is that the cost and difficulty associated with acquiring modafinil really prohibit any sort of recreational use.

    Idk. I feel it @ the 30 minute mark. Peak is about 90 minutes to 120minutes in.
