I drink a lot of coffee and red wine, but I compensate by brushing with an enamel-restoring toothpaste. I seldom floss; never mouthwash. I have a decent manual toothbrush, but I'm saving up for a fancy electric that I believe will improve my brushing by an order of magnitude.

I drink a lot of coffee and soda and smoke a lot of cigarettes. I brush my teeth in the morning. There were long stretches of time where I'd brush once a week, if that, when I was on drugs, so I have a stain or two.

I haven't really tried anything other than sometimes using whitening toothpaste. It's really not bad or noticeable to other people, I think. Just some of them aren't as white as they should be and are kinda yellowish along the inner edge if I look really closely in the mirror. But I'm slowly working on improving a few things when I have enough free time. Which isn't often since I work 6 days a week. Next thing is get new contacts, since I haven't had any for a few years. I might look into something for this after that, but it's not as bad as it sounds when I type it out.

Brush and floss thoroughly every day. I hate the feeling of an unclean mouth.

I brush twice a day with arm and hammer toothepaste. Mouthwash in the morning with TheraBreath. Don’t really floss, though I should.

I had my teeth polished by a dentist recently, and was shocked by how white and clean looking they came out.
Coffee seems to ruin teeth.

I have a hard time keeping on top of it lately, to be honest. Brush and floss once a day under good circumstances... lately its been like never.
