The future will be one of the individual, not the collective. All past and presents identities will disappear and people will take on their own unique perspective of existence within full-immersion vr. Ultimately it's irrelevant what the "elite" do since we will exist within our own private domains in VR and have within our grasp any type of scenario and life we can imagine. Technology abolishes scarcity and selfishness, in a technocratic communist utopia there is no such thing as an elite.

We must just grow up and wake up. The reason that oligarchal elites and evil exist is because of human selfishness and scarcity. Transhumanist communism removes that from the equation.
