   Uber is also near Van Ness on Market, but that's the HQ. Uber in Oakland isn't going to happen. They bought the Sears building and decided to sell it, and lease out a few offices. but the HQ will (for now) remain in San Francisco). I think that's a huge mistake. Oakland should be a better location for many HQ (West Oakland). If people need to go into the City, Literally, its a 10 minute train ride from West Oakland Station to Downtown San francisco. faster than say 24th to Embarcadero. because West Oakland has no stops and does about 90mph through the tunnel under the bay.

   Ed Lee was decent. Unless the FBI report on him was real. then he had some gang ties. but he was also a liberal Defender Attorney in China Town. He probably defended the Chinese Town Massacre suspects which could tie him in with gang activity just for that. not that he did or didn't have ties. or maybe he did, made some side money. Who knows.. that Shrimp Boy stated he was thrown under the bus.
   
   I can tell you that those asian gangs are not the only ones involved in that lifestyle. it goes way up the ladder. You expect it as apart of their lives but not people in Government. Ed Lee was said to be more of an advocate of Homeless but like i said, he also swept the homeless out real quick for big city events.
