   There are production and packaging standards that dictates that these things be sterile. The only issue is multi-use vials, but even then they sterilize the lid before drawing into the needle. If that isn't clean, what is?

   I guess "clean" is subjective but I believe mercury can be "sterile" but I would never want to put that in my body and pretend that its healthy
