   What are you guys cooking? I'm making a side dish of mushrooms in a garlic parmesan sauce.
   
   Step 1: Start your roux.
   
   Step 2: add mushrooms and heavy whipping cream
   
   Step 3: add chives, garlic, salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme
   
   step 4: bring to boil, stir regularly. Cook mushrooms until they are hot but not mushy.
   
   Step 5: add a generous amount of parmesan chips
   
   Step 6: apply to your grandma's dry ass bird and smile
