ive been smoking on and off since 14, currently off. i got into smoking cigars every day but realized it sucked so i went on the patch and a few months ago and ive been good since then. the reason i dont get cravings or miss it besides the patch is because its an addiction that provides almost 0 pleasure or euphoria except to satisfy a craving. more annoying than anything really. and coughing shit up out of my lungs for a month after is always fun
