   the high is nice for the first 2 or 3 hours but then it dulls down and youre left with delirium and a high heart rate, so youd best enjoy it near the end of the night. i took anywhere from 200-400mg depending on tolerance (which means fucking nothing since its like a 25c high if you buy the biggest bottle and get the best price). lower doses of 50-100mg are nice for a sleep aid; shit REALLY knocks you out.
