no, not legally he isn't. in a social situation or to your wife and family that shit wouldn't wash at all, no. but in a court the burden of proof is on the prosecution. i mean its true that if they had heavy physical or circumstantial evidence then your refusal to give an account wouldn't help you at all. but just based on little but your refusal to give an account would be unlikely to see you found guilty.

Ive been used to 12 pill doses of pure pills in my hayday as well as pipes and my mental tolerance simply has a capacity of unsatisfaction unless in fluid omg labryinth of psychoanalysis.... im sanely monitoring heart rate and effect before running off in my head or in this keyboard.... reaching 50min in, extreme caffeine like rush and restlessness with an overwhelming calm channeling all energy.
Just kinda worried over pma/pmma? Havent rolled in 5 years and unfamiliar with the rc and effects, only toxicity... -

12 doses of whatever you had back then is not 12 doses of what you've got now. Could be MDMA, could be Methylone, could have some sort of nbome or 2-fma or any number of things. PMA is not the only thing you have to worry about. You should really get a test kit if you're doing these ecstacy like pills because they can really have all manner of things. At least with coke you know you're getting coke, and with heroin you know you're getting fentanyl. E is just a crapshoot most of the time. -

Agreed completely, im not advocating "nah bro im a taaaaaank!" Or some cloak over being in harms way but that statement on e being the crapshoot is why I never trust e further then it being the codeine pill of the current rave scene, hence the high dosage....i dosed 4, then incrementally based on each 20min interval's signs took more via chewing em....even now at the one hour mark from first dose i feel cheated but still holding a self reflective semi psychedelic means of staring into self and a campfire for the night.... no extreme sweats, no jitterz, no insatiable desires....just this undeniable paint mixer emotion easily balanced and displaced in a healthy manner -

I'm confused on what you mean up to date with PMA/PMMA. They been around before i even started using XTC back in 96 and are linked to most related deaths with E pills. Dangerous drugs to use and mix with MDMA/MDA. Onset can take up to 2-3 hours and usually why people make the fetal mistake of redosing with the drug and dying. I've heard the high is very good though and I personally think I've had PMA before because i had two different occasions where I took a pill and a few hours later ROLLED my balls off. Anyways how did you 10 E pills work out for you? -

did a similar thing with acid years ago. then took one 4 hours before i had to be at work just to prove to myself they were dud. then had to go to work tripping balls. was a lot of fun had at work that night lol, even if my boss didn't think so.
