for those who live under rocks, the juicero is a 600 dollar (((jedicer))) that requires a wifi connection in order to squeeze the 8 dollar DRM protected packages of plant matter that it 'juices' except you can just squeeze the bags and it has to scan a QR code to juice it and they can remotely disable your juice packages which you're expected to clean and mail back to them before they can get more of them. a literal jedi got 200 million in start up money for this.

also, i was seriously surprised to actually learn the thing is over-engineered beyond belief. i would never had guessed the juicero would be so skookum.
Eight posts in and everything in this thread is so positive. You really can't go wrong with AVE. Always starts out hilarious and then quickly gets hardcore technical. He knows just about everything too and if he doesn't you'll get a scene cut and then he'll explain where he was wrong. I wish I knew enough to keep up. Wonder what he does for a living.
